Green Juice

1. Basic Green: (pictured)
+ 2 handfuls of kale
+ 3 stalks of celery 
+ 1/2 a lemon 
+ 1 handful of parsley 
2. Stress Reliever: 
+ 2 green apples
+ 1 handful of spinach 
+ 1 stalk of celery 
+ 1/4 a lemon
+ 1/2 inch ginger root (optional)
3. Glowing Skin: 
+ 1/4 cucumber 
+ 2 celery stalks 
+ 2 red apples 
+ 1/2 inch of ginger
+ 1 bunch of parsley 
+ 1 handful of spinach
+ 1/2 a lemon
